Just like Iran isn't responsible for what ever comes out of their territory, good or bad. May be they can be able to press the good red button, but the bad ones will always be handled by the questions, they don't wanna' know about. India is likewise.

But even the countries as such had almost lost the conventional way, as well. Lots of work needs to be done.
