First of all, in our justice system the accused has to clear himself from the accuser. In most cases without knowing what the hell is going on. There has to be a System that can separate the culprit from the accused and the accuser.
It's possible as long as, high profile verdicts are concerned but applying it to the complete Society can be a challenging task, yet achievable.
